A field record is a presentation of a real run's evidence: what was authorized, what happened, what was verified, and what the record does and does not prove. The presentation prose has been revised three times as the discipline's terminology matured. The underlying record bytes have never changed. Correcting explanatory prose is not rewriting evidence, and preserving the previous pages proves the distinction. Every revision is preserved byte-exact with its hash recorded in the release manifest.

The release manifest records the SHA-256 of every presentation revision of every record. Bundle-level verification commands publish with the evidence bundles. Fields marked REQUIRED in the manifest name what remains to be pointed at immutable locations; they are disclosed, not hidden.
