No waivers, no verification refusals, no breaker trips are in this record. This box reports that honestly; it never disappears.

What this record does and does not prove. Checks labeled server_verified were executed by the orchestrator itself, never taken on the AI's word. The packaging app verified the chain at export: 9 of 9 entries recomputed against the keyed genesis. Independent verification requires the chain key, held by Atlas North during the engagement and disclosed at engagement close. The chain is a symmetric HMAC and the key is by design visible to the app and the executor during the run: a verified chain proves the record is intact and continuous under that key, not which key-holder wrote it. This is tamper-evidence within the engagement's trust model, not third-party non-repudiation. The transcript is not chained. None of this is a claim that the software built is good; what happened is what the record says happened.
